Mr. Peake was a godsend. My brother in-law left his house and antique collection to me when he passed away. My daughter and I are from Toronto we needed a good real estate agent in Winnipeg. Our lawyer gave us Mr. Peake's name. Thank goodness she did. He gave us an evaluation of the antiques and asked us to pick which ones we wanted to keep. He then sold the rest for good money and didn't charge us a dime! He also listed the house and through some impressive negotiating brought us an offer price ABOVE the initial listing price. I initially hired Riley to appraise the contents of my fathers home as he came highly recommended as an antique appraiser (which is his background I understand). I then found out that he is a liscenced real estate agent. He told me if I let him list the house, he'll sell everything in it for free. Which he did. He sold the house and everything in it, just like his ad. He turned the whole process into a one call does it all deal. The whole thing was done in three weeks, (although the hot Winnipeg market helped) I couldn't believe it. I was a load off to be sure. I'd call him again for sure.

I was out of work and basically dealing with the depression caused by the passing of my mother when I first met Riley. My father is a doctor and had small home in Tuxedo, Winnipeg. He had moved from a larger house in River Heights. As a result the house was over full of old collectible items, some good, some not so good. We needed help to declutter. Riley came through and let us know which items were worth selling and which were of donation value. He then took care of the whole process and even got us a donation receipt for the lesser items.
