I do what no other Winnipeg realtor does. "I sell the home AND everything in it!" You simply take the items that you want to keep out of the home (or just let me know what they are), then give me the keys, and I will do everthing else!
Using my 15 years experience as an estate appraiser and antique auctioneer, as well as my 1400 person e-mail list (as well newspaper ads and kijiji ads) I will advertise, organize and conduct an in-home estate/content sale from the house or condo. I will sell everything possible from the home for as much money as possible. My staff and I will handle all of the negotiations and details. Anything left unsold, I will send to auction or donate (possibly for a tax receipt). I organize all of the moving arrangements. Then I bring in my team of cleaners and have the place sparkling for when it hits the market. And finally I will list your home or condo on the MLS. And once again, I handle all the details: Open houses, advertising & Marketing, bidding wars, potential pitfalls, listing strategies and more!
